From challenging vinyasa flow, to beginner classes, yin and restorative yoga, we have a full schedule of classes with something for everyone. Instructors at Om Land Yoga are devoted to creating an atmosphere in which students are encouraged to creatively explore yoga technique and take a journey toward wellness as they experience the union of movement and breath. At Om Land Yoga we do not think you should have to turn yourself into a pretzel. Terry Lacy and Eric Sirois created Om Land Yoga in Bangor in 2007 as a Community Center that celebrates the limitless ability of our mind-body connection – for any age and any level of physical health.
